Following the latest release of Studio Gonzos’ 6th DVD/Bluray release of Strike Switches it was announce that Strike Witches will be getting a second season. How theymanaged to continue the storyline on this, I will never know. There is speculation that the second season will be out around fall of this year. This week’s Pick of the Week is gonna be a quickie since I am swamped with homework. What have I deemed worthy for your viewing pleasure? Riiiiiiidge Speed Racer: The movie! I couldn’t find any real information on this but it was on Hulu so I figured it was a good choice.

It is that time again! Time for another Anime Pick of the Week! WOOO! Ok well not to get too overly excited. The show I am choosing for this week is a few years old, mid 2006 to be specific. The show…xxxHolic! Anybody who is familiar with clamp has probably seen this show, but I decided on this show spread awareness of Anime being hosted on Hulu. You can stream the first 12 episodes of the first season for free, which I have embedded the fist episode as well.

Last Weekend, my favorite voice actor and all around cool-guy/colorful-hair-connoisseur Greg Ayres suffered a mild Heart Attack while attending IkkiCon in Austin, Texas. He is now back at home recovering, but if you are out there Greg, we’re pulling for you buddy! Feel free to come back to Colorado for Nan Desu Kan any day

So I was trolling the internet for various things when I came across this Strike Witches Dojin with such an odd cover I had to investigate it. The cover of the dojin shown here in the Picture Is what caught my attention, the American Flag replaced by a pair of panties being raised by the strike witches in the Imo Jimma style, in fact it’s the same picture. I Did not have to much to say about it,it was funny and It stood out.
The Full metal jacket scenes start to pop up here and there in this dojin, and I just laughed so hard when I saw these I figured I share them with you. Enjoy.
